Gift Cards

A PacSun Gift Card may be purchased and redeemed online and in any of our PacSun store or Outlet locations. A $5 to $500 value may be added to a Gift Card at any of our retail store locations. PacSun Gift Cards do not expire.

You have several different PacSun Gift Card styles to choose from and each card can be personalized with a message (55 characters maximum).

Online Gift Certificates

PacSun Online Gift Certificates may be purchased online using an approved form of payment. PacSun.com will email the Online Gift Certificate to your chosen recipient. You have the option of including a personalized message. Online Gift Certificates may only be redeemed online.

PacSun Online Gift Certificates will be delivered into your recipients email.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a PacSun Online Gift Certificate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service toll-free at 877-372-2786, 7 days a week, or email us at info@PacificSunwear.com.

  1. Once you have completed your PacSun Online Gift Certificate purchase, the details cannot be updated online. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the correct contact information. We ask that you verify the recipient's email address is accurate and valid before purchasing.
  2. PacSun Online Gift Certificates are linked directly to your email address. Therefore, if your email address changes for any reason, you will need to contact our Customer Service department to update it for our records. If you do not update your information with us, you may forfeit your right to claim your Online Gift Certificate or validate any changes to your Online Gift Certificate account.
  3. If an online purchase costs more than the balance on your PacSun Online Gift Certificate, you must enter a credit card number to pay for the remaining balance. If an online purchase costs less than the balance left on your Online Gift Certificate, the balance will remain on the PacSun Online Gift Certificate until used again.
  4. PacSun Online Gift Certificates may only be used for online purchases. They may not be used in any PacSun store or Outlet location.

  • No expiration date applies.
  • You may not redeem for cash.
  • PacSun Online Gift Certificates are only available at PacSun.com.
  • Only one PacSun Online Gift Certificate may be redeemed with each order.
