By purchasing a PacSun Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before purchasing.

  • Value can be added to the Gift Card at any time.
  • Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only.
  • Remaining balance under $10 will be refunded in cash upon request.
  • Lost or stolen cards will be replaced upon presentation of proof of purchase if there is a balance remaining on the card.
  • Good at PacSun stores and online at PacSun.com.
  • Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Gift Cards are not available for resale without written permission from PacSun.

Once you have completed your PacSun Online Gift Certificate purchase, the details cannot be updated online. Please verify that the recipient's email address is accurate and valid before purchasing.

  • PacSun Online Gift Certificates are linked directly to the email address entered at purchase. Therefore, if your email address changes for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department to provide us with your new email address. If you do not update your information with us, you may forfeit your right to claim your Online Gift Certificate or validate any changes to your Online Gift Certificate account.
  • If an online purchase costs more than the balance on your PacSun Online Gift Certificate, you must use a credit card to pay for the remaining balance.
  • PacSun Online Gift Certificates may only be used for online purchases. They may not be used in any PacSun store or Outlet location.
  • PacSun Online Gift Certificates do not expire.
  • PacSun Online Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Only one PacSun Online Gift Certificates may be redeemed with each order.
