SALES TAX

State and Local Taxes: Gotta pay the Tax Man. PacSun charges sales tax based on the tax laws of the state your order is shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will appear on the Order Review page during your Checkout process.

Tax Holidays: If your state declares a "no-tax" holiday on shoes (or whatever), your cart won't have tax added to any shoes in your Shopping Bag (just an example, you get the idea). We calculate tax based on your home state's individual product policy on a daily basis.

PRICING POLICY

Shopping Bag: Items placed in your Shopping Bag reflect the price displayed on your chosen item's current product Details page. This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Bag. Placing an item in your Shopping Bag does not guarantee the price.

Price Accuracy: We do our best to make sure all pricing is right on. Mistakes happen though sometimes. So if an item's price is higher than our stated price, please contact customer service.

Price Match Refund: See an item for a lower price on another site, or at another store? Bring it on; we always price match. If you've already purchased an item that's now marked down, we'll refund you the difference. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price on PacSun.com (just has to be within 10 days after your purchase). Hey, you're happy, we're happy.

Refund How To's:

  1. Order the item that you want from PacSun.com.
  2. Call us at 1-877-372-2786 with your order number. Prepare to give the URL of the site where you found the item and directions on how to locate it; or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item.
  3. After we confirm the information is correct, you will be awarded 100% of the price difference. PacSun.com will email you with your refund total.

Price Match Refund Terms: No similar styles or "practically the same." The item you're price matching must be currently available in the same style, size and color as the PacSun.com item, and it must be found in a legit store in the United States. Price Match Refund is not eligible for items found through auction sites or paid membership clubs. Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. Offer is ONLY valid for 10 days after purchase.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once your order has been processed for shipment it can't be cancelled or updated.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Authorization Holds: Any order, or attempted order, placed using a debit card will reflect an authorization hold. While this hold appears to be a deduction from your available funds that is equal to the dollar amount of the order, the money is still in your account. This authorization hold is simply to ensure the funds are available to complete your order. Although most holds last for 3 to 7 business days, the duration of these holds can vary greatly, so please contact your card-issuing bank for their policy regarding authorization holds.
