Placing Orders
You may place an order over the internet or via telephone.
- Online: Go to PacSun.com and add items to your shopping bag (limit of 5 items per style). If you need assistance placing your order, use our Live Help feature from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday - Friday & 7 AM to 4 PM Saturday - Sunday, PST.
- Telephone: Call our toll-free number: 1-877-372-2786. We are available from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday - Friday and 7 AM to 4 PM Saturday - Sunday, Pacific Time.
PacSun does not ship to resellers or freight forwarders. All orders from resellers and freight forwarders will be cancelled. This includes individuals who resell over the Internet through third party portals.
NOTE: At this time we do not accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders as a form of payment. Mail orders will be returned.
Please Note: PacSun only ships to the 50 United States.
Please Note: Once your order has processed for shipping it may not be cancelled.
Pricing Policy
- Shopping Bag: Items placed in your Shopping Bag reflect the price displayed on your chosen item's current product details page. This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Bag. Placing an item in your Shopping Bag does not guarantee the price.
- You Won't Pay More: If you find an item at a lower price on another website or retail store, PacSun.com will be happy to match it. If you have purchased a reduced price item, we will refund you 100% of the difference between their price and ours. We will even refund you the difference if we lower our price at PacSun.com!
How it works
- Item must be currently available in the same style, size and color as PacSun.com.
- Not eligible for items found through auction sites or paid membership clubs.
- Item must be found in a legitimate store located in the United States.
- Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.
- Offer is ONLY valid for 10 days after purchase.
Three easy steps to receive your refund
- Order the item that you want from PacSun.com.
- Call us at 1-877-372-2786 with your order number. Prepare to give the URL of the site where you found the item (with directions on how to locate it); or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item.
- After we confirm the information is correct, you will be awarded 100% of the price difference. PacSun.com will email you with your new total.
- Price Accuracy: We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate. Even so, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item's price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

Your PacSun Credit Card may be used at any PacSun store, Outlet Store or online at www.PacSun.com.

Military Addresses
We do ship to U.S. Military APO and FPO addresses. We will ship your order to a U.S. military APO/AFO address via USPS Priority mail. Please enter the state as APO or FPO and the appropriate corresponding state and zip code.
Sales Tax
PacSun charges sales tax based upon the tax laws of the state your order is shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will appear on the Order Review page during your Checkout process.
Tax Holidays
Your PacSun.com order will calculate tax based on your home state's individual product policy on a daily basis. For example, if the state you live in declares a "no-tax" holiday on shoes, your cart will not add tax to any shoe in your Shopping Bag.
