365-Day Return Policy

Every purchase from PacSun is absolutely guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied, please return your merchandise within 365 days of the original shipping date. We will grant a complete refund or exchange provided the merchandise is in the condition received. We have provided several return options for your convenience.

Items ordered from PacSun.com can be returned to our online store or to any PacSun store location for an exchange or refund. Merchandise purchased at a PacSun store must be returned to a PacSun store location for an exchange or refund. Our online store cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at a PacSun or PacSun Outlet store.


Returns

If you would like to return merchandise you purchased at PacSun.com, you may use one of the convenient options below.

Option 1
Smart Label: "Track a Smart Label Return"
Attach the prepaid return label included with your order to the package. $5.95 will be deducted from your refund / exchange. Smart Label insures all packages.

Smart Label: "Print your Label"
Smart Label is a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. You pay nothing up front. We will deduct $5.95 from your refund or exchange. Easy drop-off at any U.S. mail location.

Create a Return Label and follow the instructions below.

  1. Complete the Return Form on the back of the packing slip from your order.
  2. Package the item(s) and Return Form and seal it securely with clear tape.
  3. Affix the Smart Label to the package. Cover or remove original shipping label and stickers. Do not use Priority Mail packaging.
  4. Bring your package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility (at home, work, or a Post Office).

When using Smart Label, there is no postage required at the time of mailing. We will deduct $5.95 from your refund. If you have more than one package, you will need to create and pay for an additional label. Each label is unique and can only be used once. Please do not photocopy. Smart Label packages are insured for up to $100. Rest easy, no additional insurance is needed at the time you send from the U.S. Post Office.

Option 3
U.S. Mail
You may ship your items to our return center listed below using the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other U.S. authorized mail carriers. It is necessary to pack your item(s) in a secure carton. If you choose to use this method, you will assume responsibility for all shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package.

Mail your items to the address below. Upon receipt, we will process your return as you instruct. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Option 4
Return to a PacSun Store
Bring the item you wish to return along with the packing slip and credit card used for payment to any PacSun store. To find your nearest store, go to www.pacsun.com/stores.


Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, we offer two easy options.

  • Phone: Call us toll-free at 1-877-372-2786. We can send in-stock items right away if you wish to place an additional order. We will credit your account for your return item when we receive it in our warehouse.
  • Mail: Please review our convenient return options above to learn how to ship items you want to exchange.

Refunds

Please allow 8-10 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.

  • Credit Card: We'll credit your account (credit shown on following statement).
  • Online Gift Certificate or Gift Card: Funds will be replaced on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.

Shipping Information

All shipping fees are non-refundable with the exception of wrong or damaged items. If your order falls under this category, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your packing slip. It will be used as your receipt.

If you ship using Smart Label you pay nothing at the time you ship your package and we will deduct $5.95 from your refund or exchange.


Insuring Your Package

All Smart Label packages are insured up to $100. If you choose a shipping method other than Smart Label, we recommend insuring your package and using a trackable shipping method.


Body Jewelry

Due to health regulations, PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns or exchanges. Take comfort in knowing that this policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you. Please review our convenient return options above for more information.


Swim & Underwear

Due to health regulations, PacSun will only accept swim or underwear returns/exchanges that has not been worn and with the original tags attached. Take comfort in knowing that this policy assures our swim & underwear hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you. Please review our convenient return options above for more information.


Luggage

PacSun only accepts returns and exchanges of luggage through our PacSun Return Center. We will not accept luggage returns at PacSun retail locations. Please review our convenient return options above for more information.
