RETURN POLICY

PacSun Return Policy: Have a return? No worries. We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 60 days from the purchase, and it's all good.

If you purchased your return at a PacSun store, simply return it to that store, or any PacSun store, for your refund/exchange. If you purchased online, you can mail it back to our return center using our self-addressed label, or return it at any PacSun store.

Buy One Get One Promotions Return & Exchange Policy: You may exchange any BOGO item that was charged $0.00 for items of equal or lesser value of the original value. BOGO item(s) that were charged at $0.00 will not be refunded. Qualifying item Refund/Exchange requests will be processed referencing the dollar value originally charged.


RETURNS

Choose from 3 different options to return merchandise purchased from PacSun.com:

Option 1
Smart Label: Your most convenient return option.
Attach the prepaid, pre-addressed return label included on the front of your packing slip to the return package and follow these easy steps.

1. Complete the Return/Exchange Section on the pacing slip from your order.
2. Enclose the return / exchange section in your return package.
3 Remove or cover any previous labels, barcodes or tape on the exterior of the package being used.
4. Bring your package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility (at home, work, or a Post Office).

You pay nothing upfront. $5.95 will be deducted from your refund / exchange.

Don't have a return label? Don't worry, just click Create a Return Label and follow the same easy steps! Make sure to write down the return number for future tracking. If you have more than one package, you will need to create and pay for an additional label. Each label is unique and can only be used once.

Track your return package: Just click on Track a Smart Label Return to track your return/exchange package. Please have the return number ready. The return number is located on the front of the packing slip included with your order. If you created a return label, please enter the complete tracking number provided.


Option 2:Return to a PacSun Store.
Bring the return item along with the packing slip and credit card used for payment to any PacSun store. To find your nearest store, go to www.pacsun.com/stores. Amazon and PayPal orders may not be returned to a PacSun store.

Option 3: Return on your own.
Ship return item(s) to the address listed below. Upon receipt we will process your return as your instruct.Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend insuring your package.

Amazon & PayPal purchases cannot be returned to your local PacSun store.


EXCHANGES

Two ways to exchange merchandise purchased from PacSun.com:

  • Phone: Call 1-877-372-2786 and place an order for the item you need to exchange the original for. We will then refund your account when we receive the original item.
  • Mail: Please review the return options above to learn how to ship items you would like to exchange. For exchanges, your credit card statement will reflect a credit for the returned item(s) and a charge for the new item(s). If your item is out of stock we will refund the returned item(s).

REFUNDS

Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement. Online Gift Certificate or Gift Card refunds will see the refund placed back on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

We can't refund your original shipping fees, but if we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we'll refund all your shipping charges no problem. (Don't forget to save your packing slip as your receipt.)


INSURING YOUR PACKAGE

All Smart Label packages are insured up to $100. If you choose a shipping method other than Smart Label, we recommend insuring your package and using a trackable shipping method.


BODY JEWELRY

Due to health regulations, PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns or exchanges. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.


SWIM & UNDERWEAR

Due to health regulations, PacSun will only accept swim or underwear returns/exchanges that has not been worn and with the original tags attached. This policy assures our swim & underwear hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.


LUGGAGE

Luggage may only be returned/exchanged at the PacSun Returns Dept. We will not accept luggage returns at PacSun store locations. Please review Option 3 under Returns above.
