Shipping Options
Whether you're crunched for time or cash, we've got a shipping solution for every situation. Simply read the options we've provided below. When you've found the option that fits your needs, mark your shipping selection on page 3 of the Checkout process.
Our toll-free number, (877) 372-2786, cannot be accessed overseas.
- For our overseas customers we recommend emailing us at info@PacificSunwear.com or using our Live Help service.
How it works
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after checkout, pending credit card approval.
- We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- All orders being shipped to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
At this time we are unable to process orders from anywhere outside the U.S.
Please Note: First, your package is shipped. Second, the number of days your package takes to arrive is counted by the number of business days after the shipment date. For example, if you place your order on Saturday, your "count" will begin on Monday.

**1st Class Mail for Gift Card Orders may take 7-10 business days for delivery.
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses. Items shipped via FedEx Next Day to locations in the continental U.S. will arrive the next business day (excluding rural areas). FedEx Next Day service is not available for items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx 2nd Business Day service to Alaska and Hawaii will arrive in 2-3 business days, and cannot be delivered on Saturdays.
Please Note: There is an additional $10.00 fee for all FedEx 2nd Business Day shipments to Alaska and Hawaii that do not qualify for free shipping.

USPS Priority Mail
We recommend that you only use USPS Priority Mail to ship orders going to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Orders shipping to military APO/FPO addresses will not be provided tracking numbers. Please allow 5 business days of transit time (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive.

FedEx
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is not available.
Alaska and Hawaii - Delivery is not guaranteed overnight. An additional $10.00 fee will be charged to the cardholder?s account.
How it works
- 2nd Business Day - Your order will arrive at its destination the 2nd business day after the shipment date.
- Next Business Day - Your order will arrive at its destination the next business day after the shipment date.

Military Addresses
All APO/FPO orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail at the rates posted above. Tracking numbers are not issued for shipment to military APO or FPO destinations. If you have any problems entering your APO/FPO address information please contact Customer Service.
