We ship your purchase quick to get you your PacSun fast. Deliveries are made 1-2 business days after checkout, pending credit card approval. (Sorry, no holiday or weekend delivery.)
Whether you're short on time or cash, we've got ya covered. Simply choose from Standard, USPS Priority, Second Day or Next Day.

Alaska & Hawaii: Second Day service will arrive in 2-3 business days. Next Day service will arrive in 1-2 business days and is not available in all areas. To determine which service area your destination falls within, call 1.800.GoFedEx. Second and Next Day cannot be delivered on Saturdays.
Military Addresses: All APO/FPO orders are shipped using USPS Priority Shipping. If you have any problems entering your APO/FPO address information please contact Customer Service.

Buy more, ship for less! *Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $50. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include Online Gift Certificates, taxes or any additional charges. Standard shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx Smart Post and will arrive via US Postal Service. For tracking information please see the Order Tracking section.

Shoe Shopping, Worry-Free!*
Shopping for new shoes? Worried they won't fit? Shop PacSun's new shoe fashions, pick your favorites and return them for free if they don't fit. Just attach the return label from the packing slip.
Get Free shipping on all orders that have at least one pair of shoes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoe order, use the Return Label located at the bottom of your packing slip and return the package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility (at home, work, or a Post Office).
* Free Shipping On Shoes orders will be shipped via FedEx Smart Post and will arrive via US Postal Service.
- Free Shipping on Shoes does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, International and APO/FPO military addresses.
- The deadline to return shoes shipped with the Free Shipping on Shoes is 60 days from purchase. After this, regular shipping charges apply.
- If you want to return an item that you purchases along with the pairs of shoes, this item(s) will also qualify for Free Returns.
Guaranteed on-Time Shipping
On-Time Shipping is our guarantee that your domestic order will be delivered on time based on the Shipping Options table below. If you do not receive your order within the selected shipping method time frame from the date your order is shipped, we will refund the full shipping cost.
After processing and shipping, if your domestic order is not delivered within the specified delivery date as found on the shipping table, PacSun will refund the shipping cost.
- The refund will be credited to the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase.
- The On-Time Delivery Guarantee does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses and orders shipping internationally.
- The On-Time Delivery Guarantee does not apply to holiday peak period.
- The On-Time Delivery Guarantee will not apply to domestic orders held up by weather, natural disasters or man-made disasters, and situations caused by the shipper.
