Style has no limits-or borders. PacSun.com now accepts and ships overseas orders! We're thrilled to offer this new flexibility. Give it a go. It's easy, especially if you're in one country and want to shop in another currency.
ORDERING - top
Placing international orders with PacSun.com is easy. The order total is calculated fully at checkout, in the currency of your choice. The amount includes all shipping costs from the U.S. to your destination, customs fees, tariffs and taxes with no additional delivery costs expected once your package is received. So the order total at checkout is exactly what you're charged. Nothing more, nothing less, no surprises. Oh, and once your order is completed, no changes can be processed - so double check before you checkout.

Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne, our international shipping partner when your package(s) leaves the U.S.; your credit card statement will read "51*PacSun.com."
Authorization Holds: Pretty standard stuff here. When you place an order with a debit card, an authorization hold occurs. This means the total charged is held till the purchase is completely processed (even though the money still shows in your account). Holds last anywhere from 3-7 business days. More Hold questions? Just contact your card-issuing bank to get the full downlow.

Cancelling An Order
Change your mind? It happens. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you won't be charged for the items, custom tariffs, taxes or shipping fees related to the item(s). But know that once your order is processed for shipment, it can't be cancelled or updated. So just be sure of the details before you checkout.

- Military Addresses: All APO/FPO orders are shipped using Priority Shipping from the U.S. site. Click here to place your U.S. Military order.
- Shipping Internationally from the U.S.: If you're in the states and want to ship your PacSun overseas, just select your destination and the currency as USD. You'll then receive a guaranteed order total which you can pay with a U.S. credit Card. Click here to select your destination.
- Shipping to the U.S. from an International Location: If you want to ship to the U.S. from overseas than shop our U.S. site however you must pay with a U.S. credit card or other supported form of payment. Click here to place your U.S. order.
- Free Shipping: Shipments to International Destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses don't qualify for free shipping or guarantee shipping offers at this time.

Tracking your orderOnce your purchase is on its way, you'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with your order number. After that simply click here to review your Order Status info and track your order right up to your doorstep. If you have lost your order number Contact Us and we will be happy to provide it to you along with an update.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - top
Returns PolicyPacSun Return Policy: Have a return? No worries. We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 60 days from the purchase.
- Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement
- We can't refund your original shipping fees, but if we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we'll refund all your shipping charges no problem. (Don't forget to save your packing slip as your receipt.)
- Body Jewelry: Due to health regulations, PacSun will not accept body jewelry returns or exchanges. This policy assures our body jewelry hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.
- Swim Wear: Due to health regulations, PacSun will only accept swim or underwear returns/exchanges that have not been worn and with the original tags attached. This policy assures our swim & underwear hasn't been tried on or worn by anyone else but you.
- Luggage: Sorry, luggage can only be returned to our PacSun Returns Dept.; we don't accept these returns at any PacSun U.S. store locations.
- International Orders: Overseas purchases can't be returned to U.S. PacSun stores. Please see below for more details.
Returns
As easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1: Contact a PacSun Customer Service rep within 60 days from the date your package arrived.
Step 2: Ask for your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Step 3: Enclose the original packing slip in your return box and write your PacSun Order and Return Merchandise Authorization numbers on the outside of the package. Done, done and done.
Note: Return shipping costs to the international return destination is your responsibility. The return will be made at the same exchange rate as the time of purchase, and your refund will include any customs tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
